Skin care classes/birthday parties

A relaxing facial and massage designed for mums to be ,your preference of facial or just massage or mix of both can be discussed with your therapist. Warm stones can be used to ease lower back pain ,neck and shoulders and Our lovely Templespa Duvet moisturiser can be applied to your bump at the end to keep the skin supple .Therapist's will adust your body position to make this Treatment comfortable and safe for you .note .after 36 weeks this Treatment cannot be performed.

Pregnancy mum to be Treatment

Using Gold leaf filled massage Globes this facial target's puffiness and tension on the skin .Globes will start off cold to reduce puffiness under the eyes ,in jawline and cheeks ,followed by a manual lymphatic drainage massage, finishing off with warm stones gently massaging to relieve any tension in the facial muscles. Cleanse ,tone and mask are also used but attention to massage is the priority in this unique relaxing facial

A deep tissue massage targeting hips and lower back using soothing warm stones. Using a blend of essential oils and herbs which specifically target muscle and joint issues. The use of the stones will penetrate up to ten times deeper than hands alone and the effects can be felt up to 24 hours after treatment. Results This treatment can result in reduced muscle spasms and easing of tension. The results can be felt in any problem areas with balance and suppleness restored.

Golf & Tennis Body Restorative Massage

This treatments targets aching and tired feet with the use of exfoliation, warm booties and a foot mask. This is then followed by a foot and lower leg soothing massage. A blend of essential oils and herbs which specifically target muscle and joint issues will be used to add in the relaxation experience. Results The feet will feel restored, relaxed and ready to go again, with aches and pains eased.While the booties are on a scalp neck and shoulder massage will be performed.

Foot Bliss

The therapist will be using the renown Paraffin wax bath to place strips of muslin with the healing wax around arthritic joints like ,hands ,knees and elbows or just those joints that need some Tlc. This treatment is recommended by the Arthritic society as stimulating blood flow ,warming muscles and bones and going towards a healthier easing of joint pain . This will be followed by a warm stones and warm oil luxurious massage to the area effected for a truly relaxing treat to those tired muscles.

Paraffin wax for Tennis elbow and golfer's knee treatment

This relaxing hand treatment involves a hand scrub to cleanse and stimulate, followed by a menthol and blackberry soothing mask applied to the hands and wrists ,the hands are placed in warm mitts for 10 minutes whilst you relax..finally the hands are massaged using warm stones and the stress releasing techniques to aid tension relief in the fingers and palms and wrists .This treatment greatly helps with arthritis also

Hand bliss

A Specialised face treatment using the Ancient Gua Sha Japanese method. This amazing tool in conjunction with a firming lifting serum works wonders on those areas where we need a tighter look ,especially jowls,cheekbones and eyes . After a cleanse and Tone the therapist will apply the contour product and perform a relaxing, yet effective massage concentrating on jawline as well as reducing puffiness under the eyes with lymphatic strokes . This will treatment will finish with a gold truffle collagen mask for an extra luxurious treat for the skin

Personalised Facial

This Treatment combines the totally relaxing Foot Bliss and a warming neck back and shoulder massage. First a neck ,back and shoulder massage is performed for 30 mins ,followed by the feet  being scrubbed to stimulate circulation, then a menthol and Blueberry foot mask is used and feet are placed in the warm booties .A neck and scalp massage is then performed. Finally each foot is removed from the warm booties and a luxurious 10 min massage is performed on each foot targeting tension and aching Tendons in the feet ,a truly superior Treatment.
