This relaxing hand treatment involves a hand scrub to cleanse and stimulate, followed by a menthol and blackberry soothing mask applied to the hands and wrists ,the hands are placed in warm mitts for 10 minutes whilst you relax..finally the hands are massaged using warm stones and the stress releasing techniques to aid tension relief in the fingers and palms and wrists .This treatment greatly helps with arthritis also
