Just had a deep tissue massage with Lisa. She identified a trapped ulna nerve and did a terrific massage that has helped significantly with the pain and numbness. Lisa has an in depth knowledge and always provides a great massage. I’ve had various treatments over the last couple of years and they’ve all been exceptional. I don’t go anywhere else. Thanks Lisa

I had the hot stone massage with Lisa who was exceptional and extremely knowledgeable as I had suffered a torn tendon in my shoulder 3 months previous and she realised all my tightness, as well as a trapped nerve. Amazing
