Just had a deep tissue massage with Lisa. She identified a trapped ulna nerve and did a terrific massage that has helped significantly with the pain and numbness. Lisa has an in depth knowledge and always provides a great massage. I’ve had various treatments over the last couple of years and they’ve all been exceptional. I don’t go anywhere else. Thanks Lisa

For many years I have dealt with sporadic back pain from a car accident I had when I was younger. I’ve visited numerous salons around the world but sadly only a handful of massage therapists have successfully identified my trouble spots and provided real relief.
When I joined the golf club I was given a complimentary voucher for a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage. Lisa started the session by explaining that she would begin with a gentle back massage then incorporate various techniques and tools to ease my pain. Lisa used hot stones at first to relax the tightness, then manipulated the tense muscles using bamboo and also by hand to get deep into the knots, then finally treated any inflammation with ice therapy to reduce the swelling. Afterwards, I felt relaxed and surprisingly had no discomfort or tenderness where Lisa had concentrated on.
I was so impressed I had to express my gratitude and tell her what an amazing job she had done.
